Shipping policy

Shipping is available in Canada and the US.

Shipping is free in Canada for orders of $100 or more.

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders typically take 2 to 5 days to prepare in addition to shipping time. Please note that this may vary during busier high-volume times such as sales, promotions or Christmas. 

Lise Fiola Creations ships all orders from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada via Canada Post. For US orders, costs are calculated at checkout and your total will be posted before finalizing your order.  

Shipping usually takes 2 to 15 days within Canada and the US and can take longer for other countries.
